we have to find the inside distance and outside distance.

for inside distance , radius =140/2= 70

length of circumference = 2 pi ×radius

2(22/7) 70

440m

outside radius = 70+7= 77m

length of circumference =2 pi ×radius

2(22/7) r

484m

total length =440+484= 924m

cost = rs7× 924

ans = 924m
