Radius if outer circle=42+3.5=45.5
Area of path=ar. Big circle- ar. Small circle
=pi r^2-pi r^2
=(22/7)45.5*45.5-(22/7)42*42
=22*6.5*45.5-22*6*42
=22(6.5*45.5-6*42)
=22(295.75-252)
=22*43.75
=962.5 sq. m.
So, the price for constructing the path will be;
962.5*240=2,31,000 rs.
