The diameter of a roller is 1.2m and it is 2.4m long .How much area will It cover in 1 revolution?

Answer:

area covered in 1 revolution of roller = circumference of roller

radius = 0.6 m²

hieght = 2.4 m²

circumference of circle = 2 × pi × r × h

                                        = 2 × 22÷7 × 0.6 × 2.4

                                        = 9.0432 m²

so,

area covered in 1 revolution is 9.0432 m²
