The diameter of a wheel is 14 cm. Find the total distance covered by the wheel
in two revolutions( turns). ( π= 22/7).

To Find:- distance after 2 revolution

Solution:-

Given The diameter is 14cm

therefore radius= 7cm

One revolution=Circumference of the circle

= 2πr

Therefore 2 revolution= 2×2πr=4πr

Substituting the values, π=22/7

  4 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \\  = 4 \times 22 \\  = 88

Therefore the distance covered after 2 revolution is 88cm
