121 km or 12100000 cm

Circumference of the wheel = 2πr

=> 2 × 22/7 × 77/2

=> 22 × 11

=> 242 cm

Number of revolutions = 12100000/242

Number of revolutions = 50,000 revolutions.

AnswEr :

\underline{\bigstar\:\textsf{According to the Question Now :}}

:\implies\tt Distance = Circumference \times Revolution\\\\\\:\implies\tt 121 \:km = \pi d  \times Revolution\\\\\\:\implies\tt(121  \times 1000 \times 100) \:cm = \dfrac{22}{7} \times 77 \:cm  \times Revolution\\\\\\:\implies\tt 12100000 = 22 \times 11 \times Revolution\\\\\\:\implies\tt \dfrac{12100000}{22 \times 11} =Revolution\\\\\\:\implies\tt \dfrac{1100000}{22} = Revolution\\\\\\:\implies \boxed{\tt Revolution = 50000}

\therefore\:\underline{\textsf{Number of Revolution required is \textbf{50000}}}
