the diameter of a wheel of a car os 77 cm . find the distance covered by the wheel in 500 revolutions.

Here is your answer,

Given : -
Diameter of wheel = 77cm

radius = diameter/2 = 77/2cm

Circumference = 2πr
= 2*22/7*77/2
= 242cm

1 revolution = 242cm
So,
In 500 revolution the wheel will cover 500*242 = 121000cm

As 1m = 100cm
212000cm/100 = 1210m
