total diameter = 14 + 3.5= 17.5
radius = 17.5 / 2
radius = 8.75 m
circumcenter = 2 pie r
=2into22/7into8.75
=2into22into1.25
=44 into 1.25
=55m

cost of constructing 1 m = 107 rs
cost ofconstructing 55 m= 107 into 55 =5885 rs.
