The required Speed is 66 km/hr.
i.e. 66km in 60 minutes.
i.e 6600000 cm in 60 minutes.
i.e. 110000 cm in 1 minute.

With the required speed, the wheel must complete 110000 cm in distance.

Diameter of wheel is 70 cm.
Radius of wheel, r= 35 cm.

Circumference of wheel= 2πr=2*(22/7)*35=220cm.

Number of revolutions=Distance/Circumference of wheel=110000/220=550

550 revolutions per minute

goldberg2: The ans is 500 not 550 multiply is wrong
RichaP: So sorry. Its 110000/220=500
