diameter-1.4m

radius-1.4/2=0.7m

area of cirlcle=22/7*(0.7)*(0.7)=1.54

no of revolutions=10,time taken=5sec

distance cover =area of wheel*no of revolutions

=1.54m*10=15.4m

speed=distance covered/time taken

=15.4m/5sec

=3.08m/sec
