SO DIAMETER OF FIRST CICLE =2X
CSA=2πRH
2π(2X/2)h...........eq 1
the diameter of 2nd circle =3x
CSA=2π(3x/2)h............eq 2
ratio of their areas= (2π(2x/2)h) / (2π(3x/2)h
answer= 2:3
