imagination. It is the diary kept by a young Jewish girl for the two years she was forced to remain in hiding by the Nazi persecution of the Jews of Europe. Between June 1942 and August 1944, from Anne's thirteenth birthday until shortly after her fifteenth birthday, Anne Frank recorded her feelings, her emotions, and her thoughts, as well as the events that happened to her, in the diary which her father had given her as a birthday present.
Answer:
The diary of a young girl is a copy of Anne Frank's diary. She got this diary as a birthday gift. Since she barely had any friends she made her diary an imaginary friend and named it kitty. She died at the age of 15 because of typhus fever. The diary was later retrieved by Miep Gies, who gave it to Anne's father, Otto Frank, the family's only known survivor, just after the war was over Otto Frank completed Anne's last wish, to publish the book with the title as The Diary of a Young Girl. It started to gain fame and was translated into many languages and published around the world.
