Step-by-step explanation:

Aloha !

\text{ This is Twilight Astro^_^}

gain= sp - cp/cp×100

14%=175/cp×100

cp=175×100/14

cp=175×50/7

cp=25×50

cp=1250

sp=1250+175

=1425

Let the CP of the fan be x and let the SP be y.

GIVEN:-

y - x = 175 ( SP-CP)

Profit = 14%

TO FIND :-

The SP of the fan i. e. y.

SOLUTION:-

Given that profit is 14%.

So, we know ,

\large\red{\boxed{Profit\: percent=\dfrac{Profit}{CP}×100}}

Let the profit be p

=>  14 = \dfrac{p}{x}×100

=>  \dfrac{14\times x }{100}= p

But, the profit is given Rs175.

So, ATQ,

=>\dfrac{14x}{100} = 175

=> x =\dfrac{175×50}{7}

Therefore x = Rs1250

Therefore CP of the fan is Rs1425

Again, we know that

 \large\green{\boxed{SP - CP = PROFIT}}

We have taken here CP as x and SP as y.

=> y - x = 175.

=> y - Rs1250= Rs175

=> y = Rs 1250+Rs 175

=>y = Rs1425

Therefore SP of fan is Rs 1425.
