a) leadership in thought is to lead someone by making plans to achieve the goal and leadership in action is to take actions and work towards the goal.

b) leadership in thought need a intelligent leader and leadership in action need a strategic leader

c) leadership in thought reaches the goal very successfully and leadership in action reaches the goal quickly.
