let length = x m
and breadth = x - 23 m
perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
206 = 2 ( x + x - 23 )
206/2 = 2x -23
103 + 23 = 2x
126 = 2x
x = 126/2
x = 63 m
therefore ,
length = 63 m
breadth = 63 - 23
breadth = 40 m
area of rectangle = l * b
= 63 * 40
= 2520 m
and breadth = x - 23 m
perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
206 = 2 ( x + x - 23 )
206/2 = 2x -23
103 + 23 = 2x
126 = 2x
x = 126/2
x = 63 m
therefore ,
length = 63 m
breadth = 63 - 23
breadth = 40 m
area of rectangle = l * b
= 63 * 40
= 2520 m
