heya,

let the base of a triangle is x

then height x-14

according to your question.

1/2(x)(x-14)=120

=)x^2-14x=240

==)x^2-14x-240

=)x^2-24x+10x-240

=)x(x-24)+10(x-24)=0

=)(x+10)(x-24)=0

=)x=24,. x=-10(kehlate this)

=)then ,other side will be
x-14=10

by using Pythagoras theorm.

heipotenous=√24^2+10^2

h=√576+100=√676

h=26

hence,the side is 24,10,26,
hope it help you
