 \frac{12.5 \times 2 \times 156.5}{100}  = 39.125 \\ 156(1 +  \frac{12.5}{100} )2 \\ 156.5 \times  \frac{112.5}{100}  \times  \frac{112.5}{100}  \\ 198.07 - 156.5 = 41.57
