The difference in measures of 2 complimentary angles is 12°. Find the measure of the angles.

Answer:

Let the two complimentary angles be x^0 and (90-x)^o.

Then,

x-(90-x)=12

x-90+x=12

2x-90=12

2x=12+90

2x=102

x=102/2

x=51

Hence the first angle is 54 degree and the second angle is (90-54)=36 degree.
