Let the two digit Number is XY, which can also be written as 10*X + Y-------(a),
If you reverse it then it will be written as YX that is, 10*Y + X--------(b)
given Y = 4*X.... put these value in above equation
XY now becomes =10X+Y = 10X + 4X = 14X
YX now becomes = 10Y + X = 40X + X = 41X
Difference is YX - XY = 54 that is 41X - 14X = 54, 27X=54, X = 2
then y = 4x , y = 4*2, y = 8
original number is XY that is 28... Ans
