From given information

volume of cuboid = volume of cone
l \times b \times h = \frac{1}{3}\pi \: r ^{2} h
44 \times 21 \times 12 = \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7 }  \times r {}^{2}  \times 24
21 =  \frac{1}{21 }  \times r {}^{2}
(21) {}^{2}  = (r) ^{2}
taking square root

21 = r
Ans: Radius of base of cone 21cm.
