volume of cuboid is = 18 * 12 *8

= 1728 cm ³

side of the cube is =( 1728)⅓

= 12 cm

surface area of the cube formed is = 6*( 12)²

=864 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of cuboid= l × b × h

= 18 × 12 × 8

= 1728 cm^2

Volume of cube = a^3

Since, The volume of cuboid is equal to voluke of cube.

1728 = a^3

a = 12 cm.

Therefore, side of the cube = a = 12 cm.

Surface Area of Cube = 6 × a^2

= 6 × 12^2

= 6 × 144

= 864 cm^2.
