the dimensions of a rectangular log of wood are 8m ,15m and 8.75 m.How many cuboid blockks each of edge 50cm can be cut from the rectangular log of wood?

Rectangular log...
l = 8m , b = 15m , c = 8.75

Volume = lbh
= 8×15×8.75
= 1050m³

Cube block ...
a = 50cm = 0.5m
Volume = a³
= 0.5³ = 0.125m³

No.of blocks can be cut = 1050/0.125 = 8400 blocks
