= 60 sqr.m

Area of floor = l x b

= 4 x 3

= 12 sqr.m

Area to be whitewashed =Area of room-Area of floor

= (60-12)sqr.m

= 48 sqr.m

Total cost of whitewash =111.5 x 48

=5352
