Bond length is 1.2A°

we know 1D=10^{-18}eus.cm

The dipole moment in esu.cm units is 1.2*10^{-18}

The product of the dipole moment and the interatomic distance is the dipole moment.

it would be x*100*10^{-10} =1.2*10^{-18}

x= 1.2×10^{-10} eus

But the electronic charge e= 4.8×10^{-10} esu

Each atom has a partial electrical charge= \frac{1.2*10^{-10} }{4.8*10^{-10} }*100

x=25%of e

D 25% of e  is correct option .
