The dipole moment of Becl2 is zero while that of H2S has some value? Why

In BeCl2 opposite bond cancel out the eefct of each other, while in H2S bond are not alinged so can't cancel the dipole moment.

Explanation:

BeCl2 has linear geometry, opposite bond cancel out the effect of each other, net dipole is zero.

While H2S has bent geometry, angles are not aligned in a way to cancel the effect.
