→ Mixed Fraction is = 1 (7/8)

→ 1 + (7/8)

Now, first we will convert (7/8) fraction into decimal fraction.

→ 7/8

→ Prime factors of denominator are 2 * 2 * 2 . = 2 is 3 times .

So, Multiply Both numerator and denominator by (5 * 5 * 5) we get,

→ (7 * 5 * 5 * 5) / (2 * 2 * 2 * 5 * 5 * 5)

→ (7 * 5 * 5 * 5) / {(2 * 5) * (2 * 5) * (2 * 5)}

→ (7 * 5 * 5 * 5) / (10 * 10 * 10)

→ 875 / 1000

0.875 .

Therefore,

1 + (7/8)

→ 1 + 0.875
