and Time = 3 sec.

Now,
=> we differentiate two time the dispalcemet over time.

=> d 6t^3+4t^2-2t+5 / dt^2

=> d 18t^2+8t-2 / dt

=> d 36t+8 / dt

=> now we put the value of time.

=> 36×3+8 => 116 m/s.
