Given

displacement = x= 2t^2 + t + 5
then acceleration = a = dx''/dt
                                   = d/dt(dx/dt)                          dx/dt = d/dt(2t^2+t+5)
                                   = d/dt( 4t+1)                                        = 4t+1
                                   = 4
therefore the acceleration at t=2s is 4m/s^2

angananirosha: not understood
brunila: ohh... well acceleration is double derivative of the displacemnet
