The displacement of the center of mass of an object is simply the displacement of any one point of the object, assuming that the object is rigid and does not rotate. It does not matter where the center of mass is, because the difference in location of a point on the object and the center if mass is same.

The displacement of this point can be calculated with dx=v0t + 1/2(at), or any other single dimension or multi dimension motion equation.
