The dissociation of nh4cl in water is an endothermic process but still it dissolves in water easily . why?

Endothermic reaction has no relation with dissolving.
It is only the release of heat energy.
Another example is reaction of HCl with NaOH
to give NaCl and H2O which is exothermic too.
