  • p = √(x)² + (y)² = √(4)²+(3)² = √ 16+9 = √25 = 5 units
  • Distance of x-coordinate is 5 units ,
  • option (d) → 5 units correct ☑

Answer:

P =  \sqrt{x {}^{2}  + y {}^{2} }

Now p(4,3)

 =  \sqrt{4 {}^{2} + 3 {}^{2}  }

 =  \sqrt{16 + 9}  =  \sqrt{25}

 \sqrt{25}  = 5

Hence answer is 5units
