 i ) Nearest \: distance \: from \: earth \:to \\moon = 100000 \: km

 Average \: speed \: of \: the \: rocket = 500 \: km/h

Time \: taken \: reach \: moon \:(t_{1}) \\= \frac{Distance}{speed}\\= \frac{100000}{500} \\= 200 \: hr \: --(1)

 ii ) Greatest \: distance \: from \: earth \:to \\moon = 400000 \: km

 Average \: speed \: of \: the \: rocket = 3500 \: km/h

Time \: taken \: reach \: moon \:(t_{2}) \\= \frac{Distance}{speed}\\= \frac{400000}{3500} \\= \frac{80}{7} \\= 11\frac{3}{7}\: hr \: --(2)

Therefore.,

 \red{ Greatest \:time\:to \:  reach \: moon  }\\ \green { = 200\: hr}

 \red{ Least \:time\: reach \: moon  } \\\green { = 11\frac{3}{7}\: hr }
