10min=10/60hour=1/6hr
speed =distance/time
= 4÷1/6
=4×6=24km/hr
= 24×1000/3600m/s
(because 1km=1000m and 1hr =3600s)
=24×5/18m/s
= 6.67m/s

Anonymous: (because 1km=1000m and 1hr =3600s
so 1km/1hr.= 1000m/3600s=5/18
:therefore 24km/hr =24× 5/18m/s)

FORMULA : Speed = Distance / Time

10 minutes = 1/6 hours

therefore,
speed = 4 x 6/1. [4/(1/6) = 4 x (6/1)]

speed = 24km/hr

(1km = 1000m, 1 hour = 3600 seconds)

i.e. 24000 m / 3600 s
= 6.67 m/s
