when there is very hot or cold water-
1)hot water is boiled or water vapour is come out.
2)cold water , has very heavy weight so it is cool and gas is out.

when we burn hot water and then freeze it then it will freeze faster than cold water this is known as mpemba effect because water contain some air dissolve on it
