THE DOCTOR HEARD A SOUND COMING FROM ABOVE 3 TIMES. HE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A SOUND MADE FROM THE RATS AS IT WAS A FAMLIAR ONE. THERE WAS A REGULAR TRAFFIC OF RATS TO AND FRO ON THE BEAM HE WAS SHARING HIS ROOM WITH RATS.

LATER WE WILL COME TO KNOW THAT IT WAS THE SOUND OF SNAKE TOO​. AS HE LISTENED THE THUD SOUND OF A RUBBER TUBE HE SAW A BIG FAT SNAKE.
