Usability heuristics: A technique which is used to identify the problems in the user interface design is called as usability heuristics.
It consists of a set of principles or concepts with which the user interface is tested.
Here, the download button looks like a print icon.
By the concept of "match between the system and the real world", the application should be designed in such a way that it is understood by the user.
But, globally the download icon is the icon with an arrow pointing downward. A print icon for download will not be understood by the users globally.
Hence, "match between the system and the real world" is affected here.
