The dwarf was one of the favorites of the queen of Brobdingnag. But as soon as Gulliver was brought to the Royal place the dwarf became jealous of him and started working against Gulliver.
Once when Gulliver was standing under an Apple tree , the dwarf shook the branches of the tree and due to this a huge apple fell on Gulliver and he got injured. Still another incident in which because of the !is chief of the dwarf ,Gulliver fell into a huge bowl of cream.
Thus , the dwarf tried to annoy Gulliver in some way or the other.
