Well generally e is by convention chosen to represent charge of a  electro or -minus the charge of proton but yeah whatever.

Neutrons have no charge so Q/M for neutron is just 0.

Alpha particle is composed of 2 protons & 2 neutrons so Q/M for an alpha particle is roughly

Qp2∗MpQp2∗Mp

MpMp ≈Mn
