in gravitational force earth and moon are attract with each other and but there masses are different so earth pull the moon but they have same gravitational force between them.Remeber the discovery of Newton's gravitational force apple fall on the ground, here mass of apple is less than earth's mass so earth attract the apple. Means in the gravitational force between two object varies there masses.

The value of F is same for earth and the moon. Both bodies will exert the same amount of force on each other.        As per universal law of gravitation, every body attracts the other body with some force and this force is same for both the bodies called gravitational force.
