It happens because of gravitational force because gravitational force pull the things.

Yes, ofc the stone exerts a force on the Earth. The the mass of the Earth being so kuch greater than the stone, it doesn't let stone to show it's force.
Although, you & me even micro-organism exerts a forces on each other.
That's what Newton said - Every object in this universe which have some mass exerts force on other object with some mass.
NoTe :- I ain't going for Relativity part.
