the earth taken out from a well is evenlyspreadover a rectangular field of length65m and breadth 40m .if volume of earth dug is 1820 m^3, find the height of earth spread.

Volume of the earth dug = Volume of cuboid

1820 m^3 = l×b×h
1820 = 65×40×h
h = 182/260

h = 0.7 m

Hence the volume of earth spread will be 0.7m
