the edge of a solid cube is 6 centimetre how many cubes of 2 centimetre can be formed from this cube

No. of cubes= Volume of bigger cube÷Volume of 1 small cube
= 6³÷2³
=27 cubes

No.of cubes = Volume of larger cube/ volume of smaller cube
->No.of cubes = L^3/l^3
=(6cm)^3/(2cm)^3
=216/8
=27

Therefore 27 cubes can be formed.
