area = √s×(s-a)+(s-b)+(s-c)

S = 10+6+8/2

= 24/2

now substitute s = 12 in above formulae

area = √12×(12-a)+(12-b)+(12-c)

now put value of

a=6

b=8

c=10

we get

area = √12×(12-6)+(12-8)+(12-10)

= √12×6×4×2

= √576

= 24 cm²

cost of painting at the rate of 70 paise per cm square is

= 24×70

= ₹ 168
