The Electric Potential at any point P at a distance of r from any charge q is given by
V = \frac{1}{4 \pi e} \frac{-q}{r}
and Electric Field is given by
E = \frac{1}{4 \pi e} \frac{q}{r^2}
Also,
Electric field can also be expressed as,
E =  \frac{-dV}{dr}
