To Find : Calculate D.​

Solution:

D= ε₀εr E

ε₀ = 8.85 x 10⁻¹²  F/m

εr  = 2.55

E = 10 kV/m  = 10 x 1000 V/m  = 10⁴  V/m

D= 8.85 x 10⁻¹² x  2.55 x  10⁴

=> D = 22.5675 x 10⁻⁸

=> D = 225.675 x 10⁻⁹

=> D = 225.675 nC/m²

D = 225.675 nC/m²

d = 1.5 mm = 1.5 x 10⁻³ m

V = Ed  = 10⁴  x  1.5 x 10⁻³  = 15V
