The metal and alloys have very low resistivity in the range of 10^-8 ohm to 10^-6 ohm.So they are good conductor of electricity.While insulators have resistivity of the order of 10^12 to10^17 ohm.Alloys have generally higher resistivity than its constituents metal and consider good for the heating elements.So option C and E are considered best for making heating elements.While option D and F are considered as insulator and option A and B are good conductor of electricity.
