In modern periodic table, first ionization potential -

  • increases from left to right across the period
  • decreases from top to bottom in column

From this we can say that, element which is down and left will have lower 1st ionization potential.

So we'll arrange given elements in decreasing order of ionization potential -

F > S > As > Sr

Hence, Sr will have lowest 1st ionization potential.
