Yes elimination of flaws of political parties seems difficult but not impossible,
Here are some reforms to strengthen PP so that they perform well width their functions:
1. A law should be made to regulate the internal affair to PP.
2. Ur should be made compulsory for PP to maintain a register of it’s members , follow it’s own constitution , have independent authority, hold internal elections.
3. It should be made mandatory for PP to give 1/3rd no. of it’s tickets to women.
4. The state should be funding the elections.
5. This will encourage the not-so-rich people to contest elections.
Hope this helps!!
