Energy Is proportional to Z^2/n^2

So If for hydrogen it is En=1/n^2

For helium =4/n^2=4En

The energy in nth orbit of singly ionised helium atom will be 4\times E_n

Explanation:

Using Rydberg equation:

E=\frac{R_H}{n^2} \times Z^2  (1)

Where,

E = energy

R_H = Rydberg's Constant

n = energy level

Z= atomic number = 1 (for hydrogen)

Putting the values, in above equation, we get

E_n=\frac{R_H}{n^2} \times 1^2

{R_H}=E_n\times n^2

For nth orbit , energy can be calculated for He^+ by using equation with atomic number of Z= 2

E=\frac{E_n\times n^2}{n^2} \times 2^2

E=4\times E_n
