The formula for calculation of energy in SHM is given by

E = ½ (m * w2 * A2 )

Where w is the angular velocity and is given by ( 2 * 3.14 / Time period )

A2 = 2 E / ( m * w2 )

A2 = 0.04

Amplitude = 0.2 m
