 <b>HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

 \rule {168} {2}

If there are 2 sides are given so we can find its third side by using Pythagoras Theorem.

 = > {AC}^{2} = {AO}^{2} + {AC}^{2}

 = > {13}^{2} = {AO}^{2} + {12}^{2}

 = > 169 = {AO}^{2} + 144

 = > {AO}^{2} = 169 - 144

 = > a {o}^{2} = 15

 = > AO = 3.2

We know that,

Area of triangle :- 1/2 × B × H

➡️ 1/2 × 24 × 3.2

➡️ 12 × 3.2

➡️ 38.4 cm^2

 \rule {168} {2}

Hope it will help you
